Whether it is beer crates, milk crates, cheese crates, fish crates or the like, in the plastic industry, we generally use the term “crate quality” in reference to the thermal and mechanical properties of most crates manufactured in PE.
Typically, we buy the various shapes and coloured crates from the recycling facilities in Jutland as well as damaged crates from retail and production companies.
In order to achieve a high quality, we perform many varying laboratory tests in order to ensure a high standard of uniformity, among other things.

A development team is often set up, which together with the customer can carry out the specific task of developing a compound that meets wishes and requirements of the customer.
Compounding is a process by which substances can be added for the purpose of altering the physical and chemical properties of the polymer. The main categories of additives are fillers (e.g. chalk), mechanical reinforcement substances (e.g. fibreglass), other polymers, pigments, antioxidants, lubricants, vulcanising agents, and flame retardants.
In the compounding process, we thus achieve a product with significantly modified properties.
