Polyethylene Low Density (PE-LD)

PE-LD is a thermoplastic material that is very tough and flexible compared to other polyethylenes.
The density is of great importance for the different properties of the various types of polyethylene.

PE-LD is tougher, but less strong than PE-HD and a relatively inexpensive plastic material that has good properties in resisting the effects of moisture and organic solvents as well as chemicals. One of the few disadvantages of the material is that it is difficult to paint, press and glue on.
